Gary is the best agent in the world. He has been working on real estate for decades, he knows the market very well. I can't trust him more based on his professionalism. Mold issue was found in my property, therefore, the buyer canceled the offer. We decided to retracted the property from the market and fixed the mold issue instead of a rush sell with lower price. Notably, I have already moved to Georgia when I decide to sell the property. Thus, Gray helped everything from mold remediation to interior restoration. Although there are 3 hours time difference between Georgia and Arizona, our communication is always efficiently and he really put A LOT effort in this. After all the issues of the property were solved, we put the property on the market again and sold it within a week with a decent price. I can not thank him more for handling the chaos for me.
