Gary is a great agent and I would highly recommend him for buying or selling a house. In preparation for selling the house he helped us stage the house and was very knowledgeable about the market and prices in our area so we could best decide on a listing price. He also has an amazing photographer that will make your house shine! Once our house was on the market, Gary kept us updated by the hour on showings and offers. Our house sold in 2 DAYS and it was in huge part to Gary's expertise. I had so many friends and acquaintances say they saw our house on this site or that and that it looked awesome. After we accepted an offer (total of 6) Gary walked us through the rest of the process and stepped in to help when we couldn't be there ourselves (we moved out of state). He even tried to help us find someone to mow our lawn! I would say Gary is not only a phenomenal real estate agent, but he truly cares about his clients more than anyone I know. hands down. He is one of the most authentic people I know, and in real estate, I believe that is very rare. In my mind he is the best!
