His experience gives him almost a 5th sense as I looked for a new home, knowing the history of a neighborhood and usually, even the house so I knew hidden details before even stepping in the door. He got to know me and focused my search, avoiding homes he knew I would not be happy with. I would ask to see some anyway and he was right, the pictures online and detail only tell half the story and Gary seems to know the rest. He also goes beyond any other realtor I have ever known.
