Gary is a great agent moves fast and isn't afraid to work when ever he needs to get you in a home. I wouldn't use anyone else for the purchase or sail of a home.

Gary Buck is an excellent realtor. He came highly recommended by friends and lived up to the all the things that they said about him. He came to our first meeting prepared with a binder of information about my house, the comps in the area, and other pertinent information. He took his time explaining the process and answered all my questions. I was most impressed with Gary’s professionalism and expertise. I really appreciated his understanding and patience throughout the entire process. I called him frequently with questions and concerns and he always responded within a short time with answers that alleviated my concerns. Although his job was to sell my house, I always felt that Gary had my best interest at heart. Gary recognized that my property taxes were too high, which had a negative impact of the sale of my house. He suggested that I file an appeal. Not only did he recommend it, but he prepared the documents to present to the tax appeal board and attended the hearing with me. As a result, my property taxes were lowered which helped to make my property more attractive to buyers. Overall, my experience with Gary was exceptional. I highly recommend him and would choose to have him as my realtor again in the future.

Gary helped me buy my first house a year ago. He was recommended by one attorney that I work with. He did such an excellent job in helping me find the perfect house that was right for me. Then he did great in helping me close on the house. Always available when I needed him and always there every step of the way. Inspection, walk through. All of it. I then recommended him to my grandparents and he helped them sell their house and buy their first apartment! He helped sell their house at an excellent price and was quick and efficient.
