Gary Blum helped us in our year long search for our dream House in Avalon. Gary's knowledge, eagerness, local connections, availability, ideas and understanding make him an ideal agent to help you along your way. He had soooo many great properties to show us. But his quick responses and his constant availability made him more valuable then he can realize. We had him all over the Jersey shore, but he was always there with a key and story and a smile on his face. You never felt like he was just doing his job. He was excited for US to be searching for a dream. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gary for any sale/rental property. (He is excellently representing our rental property now)
