Gary helped us find our amazing "home by the sea"! He also helped us find the condo we sold when we found this awesome beach house. He was the first person we called when we decided it was time to move again. He was easy to work with and talk to about our proposed lifestyle change. He was always on top of any legal or financial document we needed to provide leading up to closing. He is professional and we trusted his negotiation skills...never pushing or pressuring us. I would recommend Gary high for his knowledge of the South Florida market and patience. We looked at a lot of properties up and down the coast from Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale! In fact, without Gary taking extra initiative to help us find a single home on the beach, we would never have found the amazing house we now own! We wanted to get out of our multi-unit condo building and find a single detached house with a view of the ocean. Gary showed us a property that met this criteria, but unfortunately the owner wanted more than Gary and I thought it was worth. We were disappointed because single homes on the ocean rarely come on the market. So, Gary mailed a letter to each owner in the development we wanted to live in, asking if anyone was thinking of selling or knew anyone who might be thinking of selling! And would you believe one of the residents called him. We were told about a house that was not on the market yet, but was going to be listed soon. We could not believe the extra effort Gary put forth on our behalf. Without his initiative we would likely have missed the opportunity to see and make an offer on this house. Gary was also the selling agent for our existing condo unit and it sold in about 10 days. He priced it right and helped us put a few low-cost ecstatic improvements to help it show better. Go with Gary. He's a sharp agent and a pleasant guy to know.
