Gary is all a real estate PROFESSIONAL should be: informative, supportive, and communicative. He is not a huge talker, does not talk your ear off into a sale, but instead provides the facts, pros and cons, and lets the buyer make a well informed choice. His best attribute, in my opinion, is his low key relaxed but CONFIDENT nature. He knows his business and does not have to overly impress anyone. He was present, ready and available every time we needed him, or access to the home. I thought he was all the above described up to the day of my closing(purchase of a home), but then post closing there was a bonus effect. We had some issues at our closing and could not get the keys same day. Once all that was taken care of, he drove to the location where keys where left, and then drove over an hour to where we live to personally deliver the keys to us. We were not expecting that(door to door service). He made our lives that much easier by taking the time to do so. That was the cherry on top. Thanks Gary for all your help. We love our home.
