Not kidding. This sale for me was not only complicated, with A LOT of pre-work, etc… but also a very emotional one. Gary sold our home in Kalispell, Montana. Gary took the time to walk us through the entire process. He is extremely organized which took all stress off of us, and he went above and beyond in being communicative from start to finish. Our house sold the first weekend it went on the market with multiple offers so he walked us through the pros and cons of each so we could choose the best offer for us.
