I was introduced to Garvin from my agent in Tucson AZ. from our first phone conversation I was comfortable. When i arrived in Denver (area) Garvin gave me great direction on where to look and was sending my wife in AZ and me in Denver listings daily. Garvin and I found a house and put a contract in on it. On inspection date my wife arrived in Denver and walked the house and began to cry, she didn't like it. Garvin got us out of the deal and sat down with my wife and assured her he would find her the home she wanted. 5 weeks later he did (she is extremely particular and we did offer on a few homes that went to bidding wars and Garvin would not let us over pay).
