Garrison was invaluable in our rental process. He was very knowledgable about the market / location and provided insider knowledge based on his own experience. He knew that we were both extremely busy and was proactive in his communication. We trusted him completely to help us coordinate with the other broker and finalize the logistics.

We worked with Garrison Gunter when relocating from NYC to Greenwich. We were looking for a rental and told him exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to understand our preferences and budget, and showed us several places we liked. He also took the time to tell us a lot about the area, which was very helpful and found us a home within a month. His guidance and support were invaluable throughout the lease signing process and made it all go smoothly and effortlessly. He's a friendly, easy-going and great person to work with.
