Garrick made the process of selling my house easy. Before placing the home on the market, we discussed the different items I could upgrade and that would provide the best return on investment. After the upgrades were completed, he scheduled the photographer to take pictures and the home was placed on the market shortly after the pictures were edited. With his connection with OpenDoor, he was able to bring in an offer well over the asking price! We were able to close with OpenDoor in two weeks and, most importantly, on time.
