He knows the Orlando metro area incredibly well and I genuinely enjoyed touring the city looking at potential homes with him. I was having difficulties with my home search and I am so fortunate that Garrett was recommended to me. As an out-of-state buyer who was relocating to Florida, I had a very short timeline and needed a lot of assistance. Garrett was there for me every step of the way. When I first contacted him, we discussed what I was looking for, my "must haves", "like to haves" and "dealbreakers", neighborhoods, and most importantly, my budget and method of financing. Using that criteria, he sent me detailed listings of properties that I could consider. Throughout the process, Garrett was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly patient and engaging. When I was unable to come to FL, he conducted video walkthroughs for me so I could evaluate the house long distance. Even though I wasn't physically there, he documented everything and discussed each house with me so I had all the information I needed to find my new home. Once I was ready to make an offer, Garrett was a true advocate while I negotiated with the seller's representative. While this was not my first home purchase, I was not completely familiar with the specifics and he provided valuable counsel as I worked through the inspection and closing. He helped me research my questions regarding HOAs, taxes and other requirements. Thanks to Garrett, I was able to purchase my new home in a few months. I can't thank him enough for making a fairly complicated transaction a flawless process.
