I had a great experience working with Garrett on the purchase of my property. I initially found the property myself and reached out to Garrett, and he was very helpful throughout the process. We toured several properties together, including the one I ultimately purchased, and he also identified a few additional properties for us to consider, which gave me helpful perspective as I evaluated my options. The process was challenging at times because the seller and seller’s agent were often very slow to respond and did not consistently stay on top of important deadlines and requests. Garrett remained professional and worked through those challenges with me. Communication is one of Garrett’s strengths, and as he continues to grow in his career, I think being even more proactive with follow-up and escalation in challenging situations will make him an even stronger agent.
