From the very beginning g he did his research, his due diligence on past sales, present like type structures on the market, and determined our best course of action as well as a principled market analysis. He didn't rush things just to get the property listed, he took his time to make sure all details were considered. Along the way, with renters in each unit, Garrett ensured that their needs were considered as well as mine while getting the property viewed when requested. The property sold quickly, at a very fair price (that Garrett did a very good job of assisting the pro's and con's of the offered purchase price). And finally, the entire process went as smoothly as possible. All in all, I am quite satisfied with the professionalism Garrett displayed fhroughout!.
