We wanted to give our thoughts on Garrett Mann Realty. Garrett was asked to help us with the sale our father’s family home after his passing. We have know Garrett for quite sometime now. He has always been a kind, intelligent and hardworking young man. No matter what job he takes on he does his best. The process of selling the home was no different. He handled all tasks required to get the house ready for placing on the market. From upgrading the interior with new flooring, paint, appliances and fixtures to the outside and the necessary gardening and painting. This was a blessing as our families are handling issues at home that required our attention. He is always just a phone call away. And kept us in the loop with the whys and hows of all things regarding this process. He is a gem and we wouldn’t use any other realtor for our future needs and will continue to recommend him to our extended family, friends and acquaintances.
