We found Garrett by accident. We were leisurely looking for a place on Zillow while we were on vacation. Upon on our return from vacation to closing (Get the key) took only 6 weeks. With his local knowledge, we make a competitive only one offer and was accepted. He was very friendly, on time, and communicated very well with all of our concerns through out the process. He is very responsive to our ever changing needs and requirements. We have a pretty laid back approach at the beginning and very fast approach at the end after the offer was accepted. He was very much on pace with us whichever approach we are at the time. He had the local knowledge on the Albany area and we will be contacting him in the future once we look for our next starter single family home.
