We are so grateful to Garrett and the Carolyn Hoty team for helping us find and buy our dream home. We have nothing but positive things to say about Garrett. We appreciated his thoughtfulness, excellent communication, and advice during the whole process. We always felt he had our best interests at heart. It was also wonderful to work with Gina, who kept all the paperwork and procedural items organized and on-time. We would highly recommend Garrett (and, in fact, have already recommended him to friends). All our best to him and the team, looking forward to staying in touch.
