Garrett is an amazing real estate agent. When my wife and I moved to Pasadena from Denver this past year, Garrett came highly recommended, and we can understand why. He knows the Pasadena market and various neighborhoods. He's a good listener and took the time to understand our needs, style and budget. Garrett showed us a number of homes, each time taking note of our likes and dislikes to eventually find us the perfect home. Garrett helped us over the course of two years to find right house for us. He is very knowledgeable about the san gabriel valley neighborhoods where we were looking. We were searching for the right home for a longer than average period, and went through multiple offers before being accepted. Garrett was with us the whole way, and took care of all the paperwork, inspections, and the normal things that seem daunting to a homebuyer and made them painless. Since we also had to sell our home to move into the new one, we listed with Garrett on that transaction and again he took great care of us through the home showings, photography, videography, listing, the offers, and the sale process. We have two young children and he was always working around our schedules and needs (such as not being able to be as flexible with our open house and appointment showing schedules) He also used his interior design background to help recommend furnishings for our new house to help us settle in quickly. He was such a frequent guest at our house that our daughter still calls him uncle garrett and asks us when he would visit. I'm fairly sure that when we moved, for the that first week she thought we were living in his house because he was always there in our new house whenever she saw it.
