Garrett turned my average house into a beautiful home

Garrett came highly recommended by several neighbors, so he was the 1st person I called. I wanted to sell "as is" and he said we could go that route but we wouldn't get good offers. Garrett set me up with a line of credit(very easy) and he literally oversaw the transformation of my average house into a small palace. If I had the work done myself it would have cost double(no exaggeration) and yes I got a very good price for a house I was proud to sell
