While I do not usually leave reviews or testimonials, I felt that in this instance, the level of service and assistance made it imperative. As a commercial real estate professional, I interact with agents and brokers on daily basis. Most of my interactions with other agents tend to be mediocre and uninspired at best, often with me correcting them on issues that should be their specialty. Garrett was the exception to this! With Garrett we were always impressed. From locating properties with our requirements, to knowledge re: codes, contractors, inspectors, and experts, to design ideas and options...Garrett was spot on. His availability, responsiveness, knowledge base and follow up from offer through post closing was superb. Garrett set up bids for roofers, solar contractors, pool inspectors, locksmiths, contractors and fireplace contractors. He was onsite and involved as much or as little as we wanted and facilitated the entire process seamlessly. All of the moving pieces involved in this process are somewhat overwhelming, but Garrett made it so easy.
