Gareth did an outstanding job helping me through the entire sales process. In short, I could not ask more from a real estate professional. He has so much knowledge which he shared, his communications skills are amazing and his level of professionalism is incredible. He truly went above and beyond for me during this difficult time. After the passing of my father in 2021, I was left with my family homestead. With both of my parents gone now, I had a hard time putting the house up for sale. I live in PA and the house is in NJ. I couldn't keep this house. I finally caved in and called Gareth Farmer, who my dad had worked with years before, and told him I'm ready to sell. Gareth arrived on time and spoke with a calming and professional demeanor. I felt as if I had known him for years. We took a tour of the house and as we were walking around Gareth was discussing with me how long houses were staying on the market and how much houses in the area were selling for. Gareth pointed out some areas that the inspector might hit us on, but said selling the house would be no problem. The house needed some new smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. Gareth immediately said he would take care of it. WOW! While going through and signing all the paperwork, I had some teary-eyed moments. Having known my dad, Gareth was visibly touched and shared some calming words. I really don't think I would have gotten through this sale with any other agent. Gareth said he would be listing the house the next day, and, true to his word, the house was listed. Gareth and I were in constant contact with each other. I never had to wait to talk to him. On day three I received three offers! I accepted one of the offers and after the buyer's inspection, I needed an electrician and plumber. Gareth said he know both and could take care of it for me. Again, WOW! The electrical and plumbing issues were taken care of. I can't believe the great lengths that Gareth went through for this sale. The whole time I felt as if I were Gareth's only client. I thought I would be making numerous trips to NJ to take care of matters, but I didn't have to make one! What I thought would be a stressful and difficult process, Gareth made seamless. Gareth's expertise, enthusiasm, motivation and compassion are second to none!

I would give Gareth Farmer 10 stars if I could! He guided us every step of the way during the sale, and all of his recommendations were spot-on. We truly got a lot more money for the house than we were hoping for, and it was because of things Gareth suggested we do before showing it. He consistently went out of his way to take care of "red tape" things for us; his network of helpful people was the best, and It was apparent right away that he had years of experience. Gareth has my highest recommendation, and that is not given lightly!!
