First he is an outstanding person person, he cares about people, its not just a sale to him its helping people. He goes beyond his job to help people, one time he called just to check on my family and me. I told him I was snowed in (at 4690 Shady Hollow) and with in an hour Garen and his son come out and dug us out to the road (100'). When I was looking for a house to buy he showed me 21 houses. He also showed me some new houses that were being built (Silverthorne Community, 5116 Cannon Circle in Silverdale. After all this time he either calls or comes by just to see how we are doing. We worked with Garen to purchase our second home. We started the process with a resale home purchase in mind but eventually decided to purchase a vacant lot and build on it. It's a big shift in our mindset. Throughout the process, Garen has provided valuable input and guidance.
