Ganesh is great to work with. Very friendly and efficient and was able to get our house closing done for us on our timeline. We have worked with several realtors prior to Ganesh and lost out on houses due to them not trying to work with the sellers but this was a completely different experience. He did a great job with negotiating with the sellers to get us the best deal possible. He is always available and responds in a reasonable amount of time. Was also present for us throughout the whole process of seeing the house, putting in the offer, going through the inspection and closing! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good agent to help you through this difficult housing market!
