Everyone knows that the market is crazy! It’s all anyone talks about once you bring up “moving”. When the stars align though, things move quickly. Galo and Grace were simply the best. They treated us like family. Galo went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our resolution list was completed. Galo spent multiple hours (after hours away from his family) helping us to ensure our new home was ready for us to close and ensured we were not going to inherit a large and possibly costly project with our new home. He DID NOT have to do this, this was beyond what any realtor would ever do or even be expected to do. We will NEVER use any other realtor in our lives. I will recommend Galo and Grace to everyone we know!
Unfortunately the performance wasn’t up to our standards & the standards required for the contract we signed. We didn’t feel the communication was transparent and that lead to our decision to terminate the contract.
