We worked with Galia as our realtor on the recent purchase of our home. We were extremely satisfied with her services and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Bay Area. Our home was a particularly difficult property to purchase as it is in the Los Gatos mountains and it required specific knowledge and expertise, and Galia did an amazing job! She was extremely thorough in all aspects of the purchase! She helped us pinpoint the perfect neighborhood, helped us make the right offer and get the deal done. She worked hard on our behalf to make sure the property was properly inspected, helped us with all necessary paperwork, and negotiated with the sellers (for things that we didn't even know were possible) such as the home warranty, house tenting and many other items. We love our home so much and are hoping to be here forever, but we would definitely work with Galia again if we ever needed to relocate!
