We had a great experience working with Gale Milgrim and I can honestly say she truly cares about her clients. From the very beginning Gale was extremely responsive any time we had a question or concern she got back to us quickly and made sure we fully understood every step of the process. There was a situation where a seller credit we had verbally agreed on wasn’t included in the paperwork. Instead of brushing it off Gale took full responsibility and worked hard to make things right. That really showed her integrity and how much she looks out for her clients. She didn’t just treat us like a transaction she genuinely had our best interest in mind. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, always keeping us updated and informed. On top of that Gale has great connections with vendors and was able to quickly get things handled when we needed work done, which made everything so much easier and less stressful.
