7 years ago we used Gale for the first time to buy our first home. Just the other day we closed on the sale of this same house using Gale. We also have a new construction going on that Gale helped us find! Through all of these occurences using her services we have felt nothing but the best service possible. She has a way of making extremely stressful situations not so bad. She will always answer your call and questions, and if she misses any calls you or responds back as quickly as possible. Gale Long helped me buy two houses in the last three years in Marietta GA for my retirement and investment. Do I need to say more about Gale if you are on the market like me? Be aware the market is so hot in that area and it's harder to buy a house now than before when Gale helped my son to buy a house of his dream five years ago. I would highly recommend Gale. She was knowledgeable of the area and had good advice for establishing the sales price. Also helped with a little staging and was very responsive and easy to work with. Gale was especially helpful during the negotiation process and was able to help us retain most of our asking price. Some people think that lots of money can be saved by selling without an agent or using a discounted service, but Gale proved that is not usually the case.
