Ours was a long distance sale from Florida, Gail went out of her way to make the sale process as easy as possible for us. Cape May Point rigorously enforces its rules; Gail met with officials on at least four occasions, mitigating some nitpicking by the town. She handled several minor repairs that showed up on the inspection report and installed a fire extinguisher that the town demanded before issuing /renewing a certificate of occupancy. She managed the title company's request for information, often without even contacting us. Her local knowledge of handymen (can you still say handyman) and other professionals was the best in my experience selling 10 primary residences over the years. She's a pro in every sense of the word.
