Gail coordinated a well-drilling company to come out and give an estimate of the cost to drill a well, arranged for the septic system to be inspected and pumped, and worked with the home builder from Flagstaff to make minor corrections following a building inspection (also arranged by Gail). She even went above and beyond by trimming bushes at the house "to keep herself busy" while the home builder worked on the house & wouldn't accept any payment for it.
