Gail was easy to work with and very personable, knowledgeable, and accessible. If we ever had a question or concern, she was always timely in her response, no matter when we contacted her. She gained our trust and didn't disappoint. Our situation was a bit unusual. Gail was patient, accommodating, and understanding throughout the entire process. She listened to what we wanted and did a great job finding us several great options. She was persistent and honest. Gail understands that buying a home is a very personal and emotional life event for families. We love our new home and are grateful for her help in finding it.
