As I live in Canada, I counted on her expertise in looking after all the difficulties that confronted me in selling my condo after Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. There were a lot of unusual issues to deal with such as putting the condo in order after workmen did repairs and arranging for a cleaning lady. She also helped with the problems I had with MCUD. She is not only the best real estate agent but a wonderful and caring person.

Earlier this week, we completed our third transaction with Gail. With Gail's help, we purchased our first AMI condo in 2015. A few months ago, we upgraded to a wonderful water front condo and this past week, we closed on the sale of our original condo. We honestly believe that we would not be in our current condo without her aggressiveness (the condo was on the market 4 hours when we made an offer and would have been snapped up if we could not have acted quickly). We also believe that we would have gotten significantly less on our recent sale without Gail's negotiation skills. We have introduced her to a number of our island neighbors. If you are looking to buy on or near Anna Maria Island, you cannot do better than Gail.
