Although Gail did not find this home for us, once we found it, she took over and did a great job with every aspect of the sale. Challenging circumstances surrounded this contract, and Gail navigated them professionally and proficiently. She was in constant communications with us through the process, and handled all the details in a timely manner. Mrs. Gail is a great agent. This year was the second time we went to her with a housing need. The first was 3 years ago finding a rental property and then this past July to find a home to buy. This past June I called her and told her we needed to find a new place to live due the the homeowners not wanting to extend our lease. She really worked wonders, both times we were needing to move in a very short time frame. We were looking to just rent again, but with how the market was she helped us to realize it would be better to buy since the rental rates have gone up to almost what the mortgage cost would be for a home. With all the details of what we were needing in a home, along and the requirement of staying within the same school zone and it being necessary to be moved at least a week before school started. She helped us find what our family needed and at cost the we needed. Mrs. Gail would answer all our questions, even those the crazy ones. Gail was very helpful to my husband and I. We wanted to purchase a home but needed to sell our existing home. She kept us informed every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. We had a few contracts the day our home went on the market and within no time, we were under contract. Within a few days of being under contract, we located our current home and Gail was instrumental in making things happen. We looked a several homes and Gail did not hesitate to show us each one. We first met Gail when we were randomly looking for a new home. She was hosting an open house at a home we liked. She was very knowledgable and had a welcoming personality. We decided to have her represent us on the home. We ended up being outbid on the home and searched for several months for a new home. During this time she was responsive to our emails and calls, met us for multiple viewings, and provided us with new listings every week. There were a couple other homes we submitted bids on, but again we were unsuccessful. We finally found a house we loved and were successful with our bid. Gail represented us well and helped negotiate with the seller to get it at the price we wanted to pay. After we secured the new home we quickly prepared our old home and got it listed within a week. We received an offer right away and they agreed to close on the same day as the new home. This was going to be the perfect situation for us to have the funds transition from home to home. A little over a week into the sale and the offer fell apart. It was a dark moment for us as we were unsure how the buyer was able to abandon the contract with no repercussions to include retaining the EMD. Gail showed compassion for us and laid out all our options moving forward. Gail went out of her way to host a second open house and successfully got multiple offers within the week. We completed the sale of our home only a couple weeks after closing on our new house. Gail made sure to always follow-up with us during the process to keep us notified of any new tasks or issues. She was great to work with and we would recommend her to other potential home buyers or sellers.
