She really understood the market and where our house needed to be priced. She negotiated well with the other realtor. She was onTime for appointments. She worked extremely hard helping get our townhouse ready for sale including arranging the contractors to arrive and do the work. Gail is THE consummate and quintessential Chicago Realtor. They don’t get any better and her professionalism brings my experience with her to a new level. She is very good at taking and returning my calls and I felt like we were a great team. If you feel like you’re out in the wilderness with your realtor then I suggest you fire them and hire Gail. Parenthetically I’m a very hard guy to please so if that’s not a great endorsement then I don’t know what is. I would recommend her to anybody.

Gail was great to work with. As I was some distance from the property, Gail went out of her way to take care of issues to make sure the sale proceeded to fruition. She also corrected an error in the commission which I did not notice and could have resulted in an overpayment. Not only is Gail competent, but she is also a person with integrity.
