Advice on what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale was spot on. She was there for every open house and showing with prospective buyers. This may seem like an "of course" observation, but it has been my experience that not all selling brokers operate this way. There is just something about face-to-face meetings that make it a better experience for both sides of a real estate transaction. Her depth of experience, advice, kindness, positive attitude and helpfulness drove this sale to its successful conclusion. Sadly, I will not be selling another home any time soon, as I would welcome the chance to work with Gail again.

I highly recommend Gail Lockberg. She was my agent when I moved to Wellesley from out of state, and was my selling agent when it was time to move back out of state. On both ends she was the consummate professional. She managed tight timeframes and high expectations flawlessly. We bought the house quickly, and sold it within 2 weeks when we needed to sell. Her biggest strengths are that she listens in order to "know her client", and her demeanor is very approachable and affable, but she is tough as nails when she needs to be. She understood us immediately, adjusted according to every new input, with no time wasted.

Gail and Gary were fantastic and timed the marketing of the house perfectly. There were over a hundred people toured through the house and we received 12 offers. Ten were over our asking. Once we picked a buyer we had a couple of issues to deal with most notably a leak in the basement. We were away and Gary and Gail not only kept the buyer on board but also coordinated the clean up and restoration. They went above and beyond and we were able to close without a hitch.
