Gail was a life saver! Gail made the process completely painless, smooth with very little of my time. The house was very out of date and needed some repairs to get a high return on the investment. Not to mention still full of all my mother's possessions. She offered the service of taking care of finding professionals to hold auctions for the inside articles and removing any remaining. This is not to mention finding and dealing with elections, painters and carpenters to do the improvements that needed to be finished. During this time it was great having help deciding on improvements that didn't need to be done versus ones that would benefit the sale of the house and benefit the buyer. All of this was completed with very little time on my behalf due to her overseeing all of these issues. The amazing part is she is a fair, honest person with always the best in mind. I could not have done this without her help. And best of all, the process worked, I had many offers the first three days on the market. Happily I received an offer that made this even a better experience.
