Gail is phenomenal - with the patience second to none. We looked at houses during the crash with Gail and nothing seemed to work out in 2008- 2009 ish. We finally looked again in 2016 - this time mainly Gail and my wife, according to my wife we looked at over 200 homes over the years with Gail.If a bid did not go through, or someone had all cash and grabbed up the house we wanted, this did not phase Gail - she never gave up on us and is meticulous with things which helps us to notice important things and when to over look minor stuff, she knew the big picture regarding your house hunt. She had a great feel what we wanted, our budget and schedule - like do you want a fixer upper if you are not good at it and work a lot.
