We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. The process was smooth and simple from start to finish.

So grateful for the quick sell of my home and flawless work to get everything to closing. Hands down the Best Team in the market!

We are very grateful to Gail and her team. This was a remote transaction; we live in Oklahoma so were unable to be attentive to details involved in the sale. Gail and her team went far above and beyond what is expected in order to make things go smoothly. There was a very demanding, narrow window for optimal timing. Gail's team pulled it off without a glitch. It was such a relief and a wonderful blessing to have her/them on our side.

The entire team worked with us great through the process and never gave up on us

Gail Gingrey and her team were constantly updating us on showings and feedback we were getting regarding our house. Wonderful experience. The Gingrey team has sold two of our homes in Aiken, SC and we would not dream of using anyone else!

The knowledge and experience is second to none!
