Our experience with Gail was great from start to finish. Buying and selling at the same time is very stressful and Gail provides updates, offers valuable insight, and touches base often to guide you through the entire process. She is a true fighter and will stand up and do what she can for her clients — She did for us on more than one occasion (..and that’s after answering my 73,215 questions 🤣). It was wonderful getting to know her on a personal basis as well. We shared many laughs and stories about life and she helped envision houses that would speak to us.

I bought and sold my house through Gail - both remotely. I was moving to the area - she listened to my 'want to have' and 'need to have's and found me a great house in a great location for a great price!! I was able to close remotely and she made everything seamless - I was able to move in straightaway. After I changed states for a job (quickly) I listed the house through Gail again - she made sure to get the property in selling shape, managed all of the work to the house and found me a great buyer. Again, I was able to close remotely and everything was seamless. I cannot recommend her enough. She was prompt, honest, and gave me all the information I needed to make informed decisions while also offering sound advice on how to proceed.

Gail was extremely helpful in explaining many things we didn't have knowledge going into purchasing our home. She communicated regularly and kept us up to date on what was currently being done with the property so we could proceed to closing. Would recommend her, 5 stars.
