We only knew Gail for a short time before working with her, but she immediately seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable. We had a poor experience with a previous broker that was incredibly pessimistic and made us feel like we were never going to get a house unless we forked over more money than we were comfortable with / could afford. Gail treated us like we were in the driver's seat and kept the entire experience upbeat and positive while maintaining an appropriate level of realism. She also was very quick to respond to any communication and made sure that both my husband and I were included on all of them so no one was left in the dark. From our short experience I can tell that Gail is a genuinely good and family-oriented person that is passionate about her job and making people happy. I would recommend Gail to other buyers on the south shore.

There aren't enough words to explain how great Gail was as my agent. She was always there when we needed her... and we needed her a lot. She guided us through the rough patches, always reassuring us that things would work out. And they finally did because of her.
