Gail was a pleasure to work with. She has a great personality and was always available. Gail was very helpful explaining things.

We only knew Gail for a short time before working with her, but she immediately seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable. We had a poor experience with a previous broker that was incredibly pessimistic and made us feel like we were never going to get a house unless we forked over more money than we were comfortable with / could afford. Gail treated us like we were in the driver's seat and kept the entire experience upbeat and positive while maintaining an appropriate level of realism. She also was very quick to respond to any communication and made sure that both my husband and I were included on all of them so no one was left in the dark. From our short experience I can tell that Gail is a genuinely good and family-oriented person that is passionate about her job and making people happy. I would recommend Gail to other buyers on the south shore.

We cannot say enough about Gail. As first time homebuyers we were very naive to the whole process and we were SO fortunate to have her on our side. It was a pretty long, rough ride, but she was so patient and supportive and knowledgeable....unbelievably helpful, kind, considerate, honest, hard working. She was always there when we needed her... and we needed her a lot. She guided us through the rough patches, always reassuring us that things would work out. And they finally did because of her.
