Gail Copley

We had met Gail when first deciding to live in Malibu. We did not have a large budget and Gail took a few days with us showing us what is available out here including the surrounding areas. She helped understand our commuting options, schools and all services available in this unique setting. She did not drive a pretentious car or many of the other annoying tags often used by realtors in expensive regions. When we did find something "affordable" there, she helped with negotiating price and had excellent support people to help with inspections and closing. She was on top of the entire process and was extremely competent and diligent in her responsibilities. Our home was on the lower scale of affordability for this area and Gail treated us like we were purchasing a 10 million dollar home. Prior to meeting Gail I had a very low opinion of realtors and she completely changed my views on what a good realtor can do for you. We still stay in touch and value our relationship with her, and would certainly recommend you search her out if your are thinking or living in the Malibu or surrounding areas.
