Gail was terrific to work with. She has a vast knowledge of the Lakes Region and has been doing real estate in the area for years. She listed my condo at JL and within a week there were six showings and two offers. The whole process moved swiftly and smoothly from there. Gail has a good eye for what needs to be done before listing and she helped me find contractors. The photos she took for the listing were very good and showed the home well. She efficiently produced all the forms needed for closing. Throughout the process she was right there as my advocate and very responsive to all that was going on. No bumps. No difficult decisions.
