Gail was very efficient in getting the property on the market which resulted in an immediate offer even before open house. I think she might have counseled me to think through the pros and cons more thoroughly before I accepted as there were quickly other offers that followed. Also, I found the long wait for buyer to secure the loan warranted more frequent communication on the status.
