We were not a super easy type of client for a realtor to have but Gabriela was definitely up to the challenge and did not disappoint us. First of all we were completely new to California. As a first time buyer in the USA Gabriela was more than I could have hoped for in an Agent. I found Gabriela through an open house that I stumbled across during my initial search. From the outset Gabriela went above and beyond to make the process as less stressful for me as possible. We looked at maybe 20 homes together over the course of about 3 weeks in the Oakland, Berkley, Emeryville and Richmond area's. Gabriela is an excellent agent. This was my first home buying experience and it came at the same time I was moving and starting a new job. As soon as i moved to the Bay Area she was ready to hit the ground running and look at houses with me. Throughout the entire process she was always on top of getting me info on new houses as well as asking me good questions to figure out what I was looking for. In the end, the condo i liked was a great deal but with a lot of potential pitfalls as it was a VERY new construction. There was a ton of paperwork to follow up on and the need for coordination of a lot of moving parts. I've worked with agents in other markets before(never bought anything tho) and none of them could have handled this property the way Gabriela did. She was incredible and her professionalism and communication made me feel comfortable even when things were chaotic. I randomly found her through Zillow and boy did I get lucky! She may he small in stature but nobody will work and fight harder to make their client happy.
