Gabby was great to work with overall. She was confident and knowledgeable in what to offer for our home purchase. She was helpful in working with us on costs to make sure we got our dream house. She was very organized with the houses we go to visit and doing it in a timely and efficient manner. Our 2 toddlers loved having her show us houses as well. She was very nice to them. One area I think she could improve upon is communication. Two things come to mind during our process. 1. There was an appliance that broke close to closing date where I received a text that didn't really provide context around the situation and when asked she was curt in her response for more detail. I called to discuss it and the response I received was basically "...well do you want the broken stove"? It was the end of the day, so I would give the benefit of the doubt and say she maybe had a long and/or bad day. 2. Was during closing, our mortgage broker came by to meet with us to congratulate us. He notified us that Gabby wasn't coming. It was a personal issue she had to attend to but it would have been nice to hear it from her.
