I had originally thought on putting my unit for sale back in early 2024 but with no rush. Rather selling it in 4th Q of the year or early 2025. At that time I contacted Gabriela to ask for everything about selling a condo (requirements, documents, listings, pricing etc.) and she almost literally walked me through it. Afterwards she kept me up to date on any and every changing market condition. Once I was decided to sell and contacted Gabriela, she immediately sent me all required paperwork for listing the unit. It actually took me more time to submit all documents than that required to have the listing up. Then the unit sold in a matter of weeks. Luck? No, COMMITMENT. Thanks again Gabriela.
