Note that in terms of local knowledge, I understand that Gabriela is particularly knowledgeable in the areas of Torrance, Gardena, Redondo Beach. While I chose an area a bit outside of her "territory" I connected with her and felt like I could trust her with such a big purchase and I was right because I had such a great experience! The overall process was very smooth (from start to finish it was 30 days with two holidays in between!!). Gabriela was constantly moving things along and contacting the right people to make sure everything was in order. I felt like my rights were protected and that she had my best interest in mind. Once it came down to review documents and sign, she took the time to explain what every different document was, which I really appreciated.
