This guy is awesome. Point blank! Constant communication. I had to ask him if we were his only clients because he responds so fast and is on top of everything, every second of the day. Anything that needed to be done with haste was done "pronto, asap, yesterday". I mean, I can't rave enough about the experience. I've been working non stop and didn't have much free time available but he made it so easy to work around that because there's absolutely no delay in... anything. Five star service, and a top notch guy. Even gave us a gift basket after we closed. Extremely kind, always positive. The house we actually bought: couldn't get in the gate and he convinced me to walk to the house in order to view it. Fell in love so I can literally say he's responsible for us getting that house.
