Gabriel was a big help right from the start. We were assigned through Zillow and so I was skeptical but he had great reviews and now I know why. He was well organized with informational sheets on each home we were touring during our first meeting. He was willing to travel a bit to show homes about 45 minutes from his "home base". He was patient with our questions. He was willing to point out issues he saw with a home or suggest questions to ask the owners. Since we were from out of town and unavailable to go to inspections, the walk through or closing, he did all of those things for us and gave us full reports and videos. He worked well with the inspectors and the other agent to get issues resolved. His calm competence was reassuring.

Gabriel is an exceptional agent. I enjoyed his regular market insights via email and the fact that he really listened and did not send to me any listings outside the parameters I gave him. It was many months before I received a listing I was truly interested in. He waited patiently for me to contact him when I finally saw a property I liked. Then Gabriel went into action and secured all pertinent documents on the property through the owner and county records. He also went to the property and walked it alone while video recording things on the property that might be of particular interest to me.
