I had the pleasure to work with Gabriel to find our new home. From giving us a tour and explaining the important points we should consider when buying, selecting the city/complex and, ultimately, closing the deal. It was our first house purchase, so we did not know much about the process and Gabriel was helping in every step of the way. From guiding us to choose an amazing lot and coaching on the house model and size, explaining all the implications of having a house bigger than you need, he showed that he was there to make sure that we would get everything we needed and make the best possible deal. He was instrumental on helping us choosing the structural upgrades, looking for convenience and future value. He was also in every meeting we had with the construction company and saved us from making lots of mistakes. During our design studio visit, he made several important suggestions that allowed us to pick the best finishes, without spending more than we needed. The construction process took about 5 months to be completed and he was providing us with information and detailed pictures. Every time we had a question, he would respond almost immediately, reducing a lot our anxiety level. He was also instrumental helping us to get the best mortgage deal, insurance, and everything we needed before closing. During the walk-in visits to check the house status, he was extremely detailed oriented and caught things we would not be able to see or know where to look for. He brought checklists in every meeting to make sure the construction company had fixed all the open items. Buying a house is a difficult and important decision, with lots of unknowns and too many things to worry about. With Gabriel supporting us, it was an extremely smooth process and much better than we could possibly expect. We will certainly do more business with him in the future and strongly recommend Gabriel to buy or sell a house.
