Annette is an outstanding agent! As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the house buying process. She did an excellent job explaining all the details. We could not have had a better experience selling and buying a home. Both can be quite stressful, but having the right agent can reduce a lot of that stress. Annette met with us and listened to what our needs would be for both selling and buying. Then she came up with a plan for listing our house. From the time our house hit the market to the time we accepted the offer, it was less than 24 hours. Annette was available for calls/text messages all throughout the process regardless of the time.
